Work Included:
* Preparation:
- Cleaning of wood surfaces to be stained
- Sanding of wood surfaces to create a smooth finish
* Staining:
- Application of wood stain to prepared surfaces
- Ensuring even coverage and desired color
* Finishing:
- Application of clear coat or sealant (if specified)
- Final sanding and touch-up
Work Not Included:
- Repair of damaged or rotten wood
- Installation of new wood surfaces
- Finishing work beyond what is specified (e.g. painting or varnishing)
