Service Description

The project aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal and protection of the walls and floors. Work Included: * Removal of Existing Baseboard (if applicable): - Removal of old baseboard and disposal * Preparation of Walls and Floors: - Cleaning and preparation of walls and floors for installation * Installation of Baseboard Trim: - Installation of new baseboard trim to walls - Ensuring proper alignment and secure fit * Installation of Skirting: - Installation of skirting to floors - Ensuring proper alignment and secure fit * Finishing Work: - Painting or staining of baseboard trim and skirting (if necessary) - Installation of quarter-round molding (if necessary) Work Not Included: - Repair of structural damage or water damage - Installation of new flooring or walls - Finishing work beyond what is specified (e.g. installation of new door or window trim)
