The project aims to install new tile flooring and/or backsplash in a secure and visually appealing manner.
Work Included:
* Preparation:
- Removal of existing flooring and/or backsplash (if applicable)
- Cleaning and preparation of subfloor and walls
* Tiling:
- Installation of new tile flooring and/or backsplash
- Ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening
* Grouting and Sealing:
- Application of grout between tiles
- Sealing of grout and tiles (if specified)
* Finishing:
- Installation of baseboards and transition strips (if specified)
- Final inspection and touch-up
Work Not Included:
- Installation of new subfloor or walls
- Repair of damaged subfloor or surrounding areas
- Installation of plumbing fixtures or electrical components
