Work Included:
* Inspection and Cleaning:
- Visual inspection of the showerhead, handles, and drain
- Cleaning of the showerhead, handles, and drain to remove mineral deposits and soap scum
* Leak Detection and Repair:
- Identification and repair of any leaks or water damage
* Caulking and Grout Repair:
- Inspection and repair of caulking and grout around the shower stall or bathtub
* Showerhead Replacement:
- Replacement of the showerhead with a new one (if necessary)
Work Not Included:
- Replacement of the entire shower or bathtub
- Repair of surrounding plumbing or fixtures
- Installation of new water-efficient fixtures
