* Flooring Installation:

* Finishing:
- Installation of baseboards and transition strips (if specified)
- Final inspection and touch-up
Work Not Included:
- Installation of new subfloor or underlayment
- Repair of damaged subfloor or surrounding areas
- Installation of stairs or staircases
