Service Description

The project aims to design and build a new exterior deck to provide additional outdoor living space and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property. Work Included: * Design and Planning: - Collaboration with homeowner to design and plan the deck layout and structure - Creation of detailed drawings and specifications for the deck * Site Preparation: - Clearing and grading of the area where the deck will be built - Installation of footings and piers (if necessary) * Framing: - Construction of the deck frame using pressure-treated lumber - Installation of joists, beams, and ledger boards * Decking: - Installation of decking material (e.g. pressure-treated wood, composite, or PVC) - Installation of railing and guardrails * Stairs and Railings: - Installation of stairs and railings to connect the deck to the ground or other levels * Finishing: - Installation of decking trim and fascia - Application of decking sealant or stain (if desired) Work Not Included: - Installation of electrical or plumbing components - Installation of a roof or canopy over the deck - Repair or replacement of existing structural components (e.g. footings, piers)
