Service Description

The project aims to repair damaged or deteriorated drywall to restore smooth walls and ceilings. Work Included: * Inspection and Assessment: - Identification of damaged or deteriorated drywall areas - Assessment of extent of damage and necessary repairs * Drywall Repair: - Removal of damaged or deteriorated drywall - Installation of new drywall patches or panels - Taping and mudding of joints and seams - Sanding of joints and seams to a smooth finish * Finishing: - Application of joint compound to corners and edges - Sanding and finishing of repaired areas to match surrounding surfaces Work Not Included: - Installation of new drywall in areas where no damage exists - Repair of structural damage or water damage - Installation of insulation or soundproofing materials - Finishing of drywall with paint or texture (unless specified)
