Service Description

The project aims to install a new door and ensure proper functioning and security. Work Included: * Removal of Existing Door: - Removal of old door and hardware - Disposal of old door and materials * Preparation of Door Opening: - Inspection and repair of door frame and surrounding area (if necessary) - Cleaning and preparation of door opening for new door installation * Installation of New Door: - Installation of new door and hardware (hinges, handles, locks, etc.) - Ensuring proper alignment and secure fit * Finishing Work: - Installation of door trim and molding (if necessary) - Painting or staining of door and surrounding area (if necessary) Work Not Included: - Repair of structural damage or water damage - Installation of new door frame or surrounding walls - Finishing work beyond what is specified (e.g. installation of new flooring or baseboards)
