The project aims to renovate and update the existing bedroom to improve its functionality, aesthetic appeal, and value. Work Included: * Demolition and Removal: - Removal of existing bedroom fixtures, furniture, and materials - Demolition of existing bedroom layout and structure (if necessary) * Design and Planning: - Collaboration with homeowner to design and plan the new bedroom layout and aesthetic - Creation of detailed drawings and specifications for the remodel * Installation of New Materials and Fixtures: - Installation of new flooring, walls, and ceiling (if necessary) - Installation of new bedroom furniture, fixtures, and accessories - Installation of new lighting fixtures and electrical outlets * Painting and Finishing: - Painting of walls, ceiling, and trim - Finishing of new materials and fixtures * Installation of New Closet System: - Installation of new closet shelves, rods, and accessories - Organization and design of closet space Work Not Included: - Installation of new HVAC or ductwork - Installation of new windows or doors - Installation of smart home or automation systems
