Service Description

The project aims to renovate and update the existing bathroom to improve its functionality, aesthetic appeal, and value. Work Included: * Demolition and Removal: - Removal of existing bathroom fixtures, appliances, and materials - Demolition of existing bathroom layout and structure (if necessary) * Design and Planning: - Collaboration with homeowner to design and plan the new bathroom layout and aesthetic - Creation of detailed drawings and specifications for the remodel * Installation of New Materials and Fixtures: - Installation of new flooring, walls, and ceiling (if necessary) - Installation of new bathroom cabinets, countertops, and fixtures - Installation of new plumbing fixtures, including sink, toilet, shower/bathtub, and faucets * Electrical and Lighting Work: - Installation of new electrical outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures - Upgrades to existing electrical system (if necessary) * Plumbing Work: - Installation of new water supply lines and drains - Upgrades to existing plumbing system (if necessary) * Finishing Work: - Painting and finishing of new materials and fixtures - Installation of new hardware and accessories Work Not Included: - Installation of new HVAC or ductwork - Installation of new windows or doors - Installation of smart home or automation systems
