The project aims to replace existing windows with new, energy-efficient ones, improving the overall appearance and functionality of the building.
Work Included:
- Removal of existing windows, including frames and sashes
- Installation of new windows, including frames, sashes, and necessary hardware
- Installation of new window trim and molding to match existing interior finishes
- Caulking and weatherproofing of all new windows
- Disposal of old windows and debris
- Cleaning of work area upon completion
Work Not Included:
- Repair or replacement of existing window openings or surrounding walls
- Installation of window treatments (e.g. blinds, curtains)
- Painting or finishing of surrounding areas
