Work Included:
* Inspection and Cleaning:
- Visual inspection of the toilet bowl, seat, and lid
- Cleaning of the toilet bowl, seat, and lid to remove mineral deposits and stains
* Leak Detection and Repair:
- Identification and repair of any leaks or water damage
* Flapper and Fill Valve Repair:
- Inspection and repair of the flapper and fill valve to ensure proper flushing and water level
* Toilet Handle Replacement:
- Replacement of the toilet handle with a new one (if necessary)
Work Not Included:
- Replacement of the entire toilet
- Repair of surrounding plumbing or fixtures
- Installation of new water-efficient fixtures
