The project aims to refresh and protect the interior/exterior surfaces of the building by applying a new coat of paint. Work Included: * Preparation: - Cleaning of surfaces to be painted - Repair of minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings - Sanding of rough surfaces - Removal of switch plates, outlet covers, and doorknobs * Painting: - Application of primer (if necessary) - Application of two coats of paint to walls, ceilings, and trim - Painting of doors, windows, and door and window frames * Cleanup: - Removal of drop cloths and cleaning of floors - Disposal of leftover paint and materials - Reinstallation of switch plates, outlet covers, and doorknobs Work Not Included: - Repair of major structural damage or water damage - Installation of new drywall or plaster - Painting of ceilings higher than 10 feet - Specialized painting techniques (e.g. faux finishing, mural painting)
